Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, call us at (800) 901-2534, ext 2, within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon authorization, you may return unopened purchases received from Live Like You Were Dying within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost excluding shipping and less a 15% restocking fee. DVD products that have been opened may be returned only if damaged or defective for replacement of the same item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
